Anda Fabrig

Anda Fabrig is a learning and development professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion consulting. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Critical Mass, Anda streamlines the onboarding process for new learners. As a Consultant and Project Manager for Shades Of Humanity Consulting, Anda collaborates with executives and HR to foster inclusive organizational cultures. Anda co-founded the Queer Education Foundation to provide intersectional diversity training across Canada. Previous roles include serving as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Calgary Drop In & Rehab Centre Society and as a Middle School Teacher with the Calgary Board of Education. Anda's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Calgary, along with studies in Italian Culture and Language at Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
