Associate Creative Director at Critical Mass

Elizabeth Ching's work experience begins with an internship at Premiere Radio Networks in 2012, where they worked in ad sales and promotions. In 2013, they held marketing and design internships at Urban Star Organics and Oxxygen Marketing Partnership, respectively. Elizabeth then worked as a graphic designer at ShoreGroup from 2013 to 2015. During their time at Syracuse University, they served as the art director and digital strategist for the university's advertising competition team in 2015. Following that, they worked as an art direction intern at UPROAR!, where they were involved in various creative tasks. In 2015, they joined The Marketing Arm as an associate art director before being promoted to art director in 2017. In 2018, they moved to RPA, first as an art director and then as a senior art director. Elizabeth'smost recent position is at Critical Mass, where they started as a senior art director in 2021 and was later promoted to associate creative director.

Elizabeth Ching obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising from Syracuse University between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Management and Technology at Syracuse University.
