Eric Fino

Eric Fino is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital project management and implementation. Currently serving as Group Technology Director at Critical Mass since October 2017, Eric has successfully transitioned teams to a global Adobe Experience Manager platform and redefined internal technology processes for operational efficiency. Previous roles include Technology Director at Critical Mass, Technical Director at 360i, and Technology Lead at R/GA, where Eric has guided technical designs and led cross-functional teams. Eric's background also encompasses significant expertise in Flash development and UI design from earlier roles at Mediatronica Inc, Advanced Education System, and Vertrue, complemented by academic credentials from New York University and the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
