Gabriela Garro Vindas

Gabriela Garro Vindas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gabriela started their career in 2007 as an Account Manager in the legal collection department at Citi, where they managed customer accounts and facilitated debt repayments. In 2008, they worked as a Market Research Analyst at ICT Group, conducting research to improve service needs in the United States.

From 2011 to 2014, Gabriela worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Dispatch Coordinator, responsible for assigning and scheduling cases for Bank of America and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Starting in 2014, they joined Hangar Worldwide and held multiple roles. As a Web Content Developer, they designed and maintained web content based on client specifications. Later, as an Associate Solutions Analyst, Gabriela provided leadership and guidance to content developers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to content architecture. Their responsibilities included acting as a point of escalation, supporting communication between CMS and other teams. Currently, Gabriela is a Content Developer Lead at Critical Mass, leveraging their experience to lead content development projects.

Gabriela Garro Vindas has a background in web development. Gabriela studied web development at Cenfotec and later at Universidad Fidélitas. In 2016, they earned a certification as a Scrum Master from MAPO Consultores, specializing in Agile Methodologies. Gabriela also obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from MAPO Consultores. Additionally, Gabriela has intermediate proficiency in Portuguese, acquired through their studies at Fale Português. Gabriela further enhanced their language skills by completing the Speak Plus Program (Test of English for International Communication) at Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano. Furthermore, Gabriela has obtained several additional certifications, including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy, and a certification in "Liderazgo colaborativo como la clave del éxito organizacional" from INCAE Business School.
