Jorge Montero Madrigal

Jorge Montero Madrigal is currently the Front-End Technology Lead at Critical Mass. Previously, Jorge worked at Prodigious Latin America as a Principal Creative Engineer and Creative Lead. Prior to that, Jorge held the position of Senior Creative Engineer at the same company where Jorge developed banners and web applications in Flash and HTML. With experience as a Flash Designer and Developer at avVenta Worldwide, Jorge also has a background as an Art Director at Acierto Publicidad and as a Professor teaching Flash and design courses at Universidad de las Ciencias y el Arte de Costa Rica. Additionally, Jorge worked as a Graphic Designer at Simetría Natural. Jorge Montero Madrigal holds a Licentiate degree in Diseño Publicitario from Universidad de las Ciencias y el Arte de Costa Rica.
