Justin Florio

Justin Florio has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Justin is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at Critical Mass since April 2021. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Freelance ACD/Copywriter at Credit Karma from December 2020 to April 2021. Justin also served as an Associate Creative Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide from November 2018 to November 2020, where they worked on various clients including Shell, Pennzoil, Jiffy Lube, and Kit Kat, among others. Before that, Justin was a Senior Copywriter at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide from November 2017 to November 2018. Justin was responsible for handling clients such as Shell, Spirit Airlines, and Church's Chicken, among others.

Justin has also worked as a Senior Copywriter at Digitas North America from September 2015 to November 2017. In addition to their agency roles, Justin has experience as an Instructor at Chicago Portfolio School from June 2015 to May 2017, where they taught concepting classes and headline writing. In 2015 to 2016, they furthered their education at iO Chicago, focusing on Comedy Writing, Improv, and Stand-up Comedy, although they did not attain a specific degree from this institution.
