Karol Jastrzebski

Karol Jastrzebski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karol is currently working as a Technology Lead at Critical Mass since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Java Software Engineer at BJSS from August 2021 to May 2022. Karol also served as a Backend Software Engineer at Netcentric, A Cognizant Digital Business from December 2020 to August 2021.

Before that, Karol worked as a Java AEM Developer at The Telegraph from June 2019 to March 2020. Karol gained experience as a Technical Lead and Platform Software Engineer at the Ministry of Justice UK, with roles from August 2017 to March 2019 and August 2017 to August 2018, respectively.

Karol had earlier positions at Aviva as an AEM Developer from February 2017 to May 2017 and at Virgin Media as a Senior Backend Developer from September 2014 to February 2017. Karol also founded and served as the CEO of IFVERDO from September 2009 to September 2014.

Other roles include Application Developer at Xstream AS from June 2013 to August 2014 and Project Manager and Application Developer at Getin Noble Bank S.A. from September 2012 to June 2013 and April 2011 to August 2012, respectively.

From 2007 to 2011, Karol Jastrzebski attended Warsaw University of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Applied Computer Science. Karol successfully completed their studies during this time period.
