Marianela Sánchez

Marianela Sánchez has over seven years of work experience in various roles related to web project management and development. Marianela worked at Growth Acceleration Partners from 2015 to 2022, starting as a Web Content Developer and progressing to become a Web Content Technical Lead and Team Manager. In this role, they demonstrated their leadership skills and managed a team. Additionally, Marianela has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Critical Mass since 2022.

Marianela Sánchez earned a Licentiate degree in Systems Engineering with an emphasis in Project Management from the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have earned certifications such as Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers from LinkedIn in November 2021 and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
