Michał Bator

Michał Bator has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Michał started their career in 2009 as an Art Director at Grupa Reklamowa Niedzielski, where they worked until 2012. Michał then joined Eskadra as an Art Director from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Michał became a Senior Graphic Designer at the City of Mississauga and also started their own venture as a Creative Director/Designer, operating until 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Art Director at both CBC and FCB Global. From 2018 to 2020, Michał worked as an Experience Designer at Avanade. Michał then joined Factor San Francisco as a Senior Art Director, where they worked from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Critical Mass as a Senior Art Director. In 2023, Michał is set to start a new role as a Creative Consultant at Microsoft.

Michał Bator started their education in 2000 at Jan Kochanowski University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Communication in 2006. In 2007, they attended AGH University of Krakow, focusing on Computer Graphics and completing their studies in 2008. From 2015 to 2017, Michał attended George Brown College for Interaction Design & Development.
