Nikita Parmar

Nikita Parmar is an Associate User Experience Designer at Critical Mass since May 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating on user experience design for desktop and mobile applications, creating presentation decks, and engaging with clients on design research and prototypes. Previous experience includes a role as a Junior UX Designer at Blackline Safety, where feature design and component library creation were key contributions, as well as a position as a UX/UI Designer at SoftServe, where leadership in an Agile environment and usability testing were essential. Nikita's earlier career spanned roles within the Government of Alberta's law enforcement and prosecution sectors, including information administration and legal assistance, demonstrating a strong background in handling sensitive information and supporting legal proceedings. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in User Experience (UX) Design from BrainStation and a Diploma in Court and Tribunal Administration from Seneca Polytechnic.
