Paolo Vargas Campos

Paolo Vargas Campos has an extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to 2023. Paolo began their career at BetUS.com as a Props/Soccer Specialist, where they managed and interpreted odds from Asian markets, conducted risk management and customer profiling, and handled live betting and propositional markets for soccer and European sports. In 2014, Paolo joined Hangar as a Content Developer, before being promoted to Associate Solutions Analyst, where they led a team of front-end and CMS developers and delivered CMS and Front End solutions within Agile Development Methodologies. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Web Content Developer at Hangar, gaining experience with CMS tools such as AEM and Wordpress and handling front-end bug fixing and A/B testing. From 2020 to 2023, Paolo worked as a Web Content Technical Lead at Hangar Worldwide, providing technical oversight and leadership for a team of Web Content Developers and handling content development, CSS overrides, AEM page creation and maintenance, SEO, and GIT repository page updates. In 2023, Paolo joined PGD LATAM as a Content Lead, and later that year, they transitioned to Critical Mass as a Senior Content Authoring Lead.

Paolo Vargas Campos has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. Paolo attended this university from 2011 to 2018. Prior to their university education, Paolo obtained a High School Degree from Colegio Bilingue Santa Inés. Additional certifications include certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Paolo also holds certifications related to team building, cross-cultural communication, virtual team management, interview training, requirements writing, public speaking, account management, KPIs, business communication skills, and digital transformation. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Udemy, the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), and the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam. The certifications were obtained between June and August of 2023.
