Paul Gill

Senior Project Manager at Critical Mass

Paul Gill has extensive work experience in the creative industry, starting in 2000 with a role as an Editor at Mainframe Entertainment. Paul later worked as an Editor at CBC Television from 2005 to 2008. In 2006, they joined CTV as a Promotions Editor until 2013. In 2007, Paul briefly worked as a Video Editor at Shaw TV. From 2008 to 2022, they had various roles at Blink. Digital Creative Agency, including Project Manager and Senior Editor/Producer. During this time, they also worked on the production of AppTV and contributed to clients such as Microsoft and TELUS. Additionally, Paul worked as a Producer/Project Manager at GetConnected from 2008 to 2018, where they managed various aspects of production and developed the brand. From 2001 to 2017, Paul ran their own sole proprietorship called harpoon creative, where they served as a Senior Video Editor, Post Production Supervisor, Writer, Compositor, and Creative Producer. Paul has also worked as a Columnist for Mehfil Magazine from 2010 to 2011. Most recently, Paul joined Critical Mass as a Senior Project Manager in 2022.

Paul Gill completed a Certificate in Project Management from UBC Sauder School of Business in 2020. In 2006 to 2007, they attended Emily Carr, focusing on Motion Graphics. In 1999 to 2000, they pursued Video Editing at the International Academy of Design. Lastly, from 1992 to 1996, Paul studied Audio Engineering and Music Production in the Recording Arts Masters Program at ICA. Paul also obtained a certification in Omni Foundations from Annalect in March 2023.
