Ryan Milano

Ryan Milano is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and development. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Critical Mass, Ryan collaborates with Airbnb's Airfam Products team to lead design initiatives for the internal product suite. As the Director of Design + Development at NMBL, Ryan focuses on continuous learning and leveraging modern technologies, utilizing tools such as Figma, SvelteKit, and Shopify. Previous roles include Lead UX Designer at SemanticBits, where Ryan championed inclusive design for federal applications, and Senior Designer + Developer at Notorious111, working with prestigious clients like Disney and Volkswagen. Early experience as a Designer + Software Engineer at Photoflex involved developing content management systems and eCommerce platforms, alongside an internship as a Web Designer at LearningChange.
