Chad Chavez, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Chad has recently taken on the position of Director of Marketing at CNS Cares, where they manage employee coordination, website design, graphic design, and special projects. Prior to this, Chad worked at UNM Hospitals as a Community Engagement Officer and Provider Relations Liaison. Chad also ran their own freelance graphic design company, Chad Chavez Designs, where they specialized in creating marketing materials for various companies and professionals. Additionally, Chad has experience as a Marketing Specialist at San Luis Valley Health and a Graphic Designer at San Luis Valley Behavioral Health Group. Earlier in their career, they served as a Student Director at the San Luis Valley Regional Science Fair and worked as a Marketing Intern at SAN LUIS VALLEY PREVENTION COALITION NETWORK. Chad's work experience also includes a role as a Student Assistant Fire Marshal at the University of New Mexico.

Chad Chavez, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Leadership & Marketing from Adams State University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing with a minor in Art from Adams State University, completing their undergraduate studies from 2012 to 2015. Chad also has a General Education background from The University of New Mexico, where they studied from 2011 to 2012. Chad completed their high school education at Centauri High School from 2008 to 2011. Chad has additional certifications, including being CPR Pro certified from the American Safety & Health Institute, obtained in December 2011, and being CNA Certified from Trinidad State Junior College, obtained in 2011.
