Graham Marsh

Scientific Director at Critical Path Institute (C-Path)

Graham Marsh has over 15 years of experience in various scientific roles. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a PhD Candidate at the University of Rochester. Graham then joined Biogen in 2015, starting as a Scientist 1 before being promoted to Scientist II. At Biogen, Graham focused on building organ-on-chip technologies to improve translatability of in vitro models. Graham worked in both the Translational Cell Sciences division and the Tissue Injury Fibrosis division, constructing microphysiological models of neurological systems and microfluidic vascular models of the kidney, lung, and blood brain barrier. In 2021, Graham joined IVIVA Medical Inc as a Sr Scientist, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Scientific Director at Critical Path Institute (C-Path), starting in April 2023.

Graham Marsh pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Chemistry at Bates College from 2001 to 2005. Graham then proceeded to the University of Rochester, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Optics from 2006 to 2008. Continuing their academic journey, Marsh then pursued their PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Rochester from 2008 to 2014.
