Frank Rodgers

Frank Rodgers is a seasoned professional in public safety and security with extensive experience spanning multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for Critical Response Group since 2016, Rodgers has focused on enhancing public safety through innovative visual emergency response tools. As a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Rodgers also held significant positions such as Member of the Board of Directors and President at Lexipol, Founder of the Center for Public Safety & Security at Stockton University, and Founder of The Rodgers Group, which has become a leading accreditation consulting firm. Previously, Rodgers served as Police Director for the NJ Department of Environmental Protection and held various positions with the New Jersey State Police, culminating in the role of Lt. Colonel and Deputy Superintendent. Rodgers holds a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from Seton Hall University.
