Paolo Pusello is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Critical Service since October 2022, Pusello previously worked at MIT Srl (Italia) from May 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included remote helpdesk support for software and hardware issues, ticket management using trouble ticketing software, and network monitoring with Nagios. Pusello also has a background in hardware maintenance and installation, having worked as an IT support technician. Educational qualifications include a degree from Università di Catania and a scientific maturity from Liceo Scientifico O.M. Corbino.
