Simone Orlando possesses extensive experience in IT support and systems management. Currently serving as Team Leader for the Help Desk H24 at Critical Service since November 2021, Orlando has previously held various roles, including OPS Help Desk and 3rd Level System Support at NPO Sistemi. Prior to this, Orlando worked as a Help Desk Support Engineer at S.H.T. Software House Torino Srl, providing remote technical assistance, managing software and hardware, and configuring Microsoft services. Furthermore, Orlando has experience as a front-end developer, creating websites on the WordPress platform. Earlier roles include technical support at Bell and training in network management at Immaginazione e Lavoro, where Orlando completed modules in the Cisco Academy for networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
