Charles Talley

Charles Talley serves as the Vice President of Services at Critical Start since 2025, overseeing a consolidated consortium of post-sales operations, including onboarding, managed security services, incident response, and vulnerability management. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Global Vice President of Services & Customer Success at Exabeam from July 2016 to January 2025, leading a global team in consulting services, customer success operations, and analytics. Charles also served as Global Vice President of Services at Accenture from 2011 to 2016, where responsibilities included leading ETL and business intelligence development for telecom and financial services clients. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame between 2007 and 2011 and completed high school at Jesuit High School of New Orleans from 2003 to 2007.
