Hellen’s focus on general administration covers everything from third-party suppliers, sales contracts, invoicing clients, HR, sales, and CRM updates. With operations, Hellen assists with Customer Success support, as well as marketing events and the execution and follow-up on various Marketing campaigns. Her focus on process improvement and Lean methodologies help CriticalArc consistently deliver results for customers and enhance the performance of the business.

With over 25 years of experience within the corporate sector, Hellen started her career in London working in the world of consulting within Business Process Improvement functions and was fully immersed in the business at the Board level and helped drive growth across organizations.

After years of working for smaller firms, Hellen found CriticalArc and has loved working for a fast-paced organization that offers a product that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations. The opportunity to work for a company that is truly making a difference in people’s safety is paramount.

Hellen is full of character and is driven to support the business, the teams, and the product across the globe. When not working Hellen is a keen runner and enjoys socializing, with her family and the Arts.
