Iain Harvey Pennell has been in the workforce since 2006. Iain Harvey began their career at Manpower as a Regional Sales Director. In 2008, they moved on to Blackswan as a Senior Partner. In 2019, they were the Interim Managing Director at BRIGHTPOOL LIMITED and the Managing Director at SP Connections Ltd. In 2021, they became the Strategic Development Director - Education & Healthcare at G4S. Iain Harvey currently serves as the Sales Director at CriticalArc.

Iain Harvey Pennell studied at Northumbria University from 1990 to 1994, graduating with a BA (Hons) in International Business Finance, French, and German. During their studies, they also attended Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1993, earning a Diplom (st. gepr.) in Technical Translation (specializing in IT and Economics). In December 2019, they obtained a certification in Organization Design from LinkedIn.
