Luke Fay

Luke Fay is a Managing Partner at Artesian and manages its VC business, where he has led or overseen a portfolio of over 300+ venture investments at Australia’s most active VC. At Artesian, he leads deal sourcing and curation, all aspects of portfolio investment, deal negotiation and closing, due diligence, portfolio allocation and management, portfolio performance, innovation and investment thought leadership, investor reporting and capital raising.

Prior to Artesian, Luke worked as interim CEO for VentureCrowd Pty Ltd, Australia’s leading equity crowdfunding platform and one of Australia’s most recognized and active Fintech startups. Luke has also worked in a number of senior management roles at UBS and ANZ Investment Bank, leading high growth businesses and high performance teams across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, London and New York.
