Preeya Verma has a wealth of experience in customer service and team management. Preeya began their career in 2010 as an Operations Co-ordinator at GCL Direct. In 2014, they moved to TNS as a Team Leader. The following year, they joined BMG Research as a Call Centre Team Manager. In 2016, they became the Customer Service Manager at extraenergy. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success at SPICA Technologies Ltd. In 2021, they moved to BHSF as a Direct Sales Team Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at CriticalArc.
