Richard Murray

Richard Murray has been working in the industry since 2015. Richard began their career as a Senior Customer Service Assistant at William Hill. In 2016, they took on the role of Trainee Supervisor at Mitchells & Butlers PLC. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at AXA as a Senior Claims Associate (Recoveries) and a Claims Associate (Customer Contact). Currently, they are employed as an Associate Customer Success Manager at CriticalArc.

Richard Murray attended Aberystwyth University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Geography.
