Jaylin Freeman-Broadous

Jaylin Freeman-Broadous, CCP, is an experienced commissioning project manager and engineer currently working at CriticalArc since December 2021. Previously employed as a commissioning agent at Glumac from February 2018 to November 2021, Jaylin focused on optimizing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Other roles include serving as a global dialogue facilitator with World in Conversation and as a senator for the Penn State chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers. Jaylin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and has experience in various positions ranging from mechanical engineering co-op at Kimberly-Clark to sales and communications roles in multiple organizations. Notable educational experiences include study at The University of Western Australia and a high school diploma from U.S. Grant High School.
