BhuShan PaWaR is a seasoned technology professional with significant experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at CriticalRiver Inc. since December 2021, BhuShan oversees project management aspects such as scope, timelines, and resource allocation while leading the technical design and architecture of software solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Architect L2 at Publicis Sapient, where BhuShan developed a Banking App using Flutter, and Deputy Manager at DB Corp Ltd. focusing on iOS application development. BhuShan also held positions as Technical Lead at Zaptech Solutions Pvt, Senior Software Engineer at Credencys Solutions Inc., and SAP Consultant at Bosch.
