Hazel Morton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Hazel worked as a Recruitment Consultant at SW6 Associates from April 2012 to November 2015, where they focused on a qualitative approach to sourcing top-level candidates. Hazel then joined Big Data For Humans in November 2015 as a Marketing and Sales Manager before being promoted to CMO in August 2016. At Big Data For Humans, they played a crucial role in building the European proposition and helping businesses better understand their customers. In March 2019, Hazel joined Goodays (ex-Critizr) as the Head of UK Marketing, where they launched the business across the UK and Ireland. Currently, Hazel is the Head of Growth Marketing - Global at Goodays, where they lead the growth marketing department and is responsible for lead generation, branding, PR & comms, and marketing operations. Hazel empowers their team to deliver the best business results across all markets. Hazel's career also includes a role as a Brand Ambassador at Let's Brand Connection Agency from August 2011 to March 2012.

Hazel Morton began their education in 2008 at King George V College, where they studied accounting, business studies, and mathematics until 2010. Hazel then attended Lancaster University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in management. In 2011, Hazel participated in an exchange program at UNSW, focusing on business, management, and marketing.

Additionally, Hazel has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they achieved a distinction in the DMA Future Writers' Lab - Copy-writing course from THE DIRECT MARKETING ASSOCIATION (UK) LTD. Also in 2018, they completed the Advanced Ruby Web Development course offered by Code First: Girls. In 2016, Hazel took the Python Course and the Beginners HTML/CSS Web Development Course, both provided by Code First: Girls. Lastly, they are a member of the Bright Futures Society, affiliated with Bright Futures Resourcing, although the specific date of membership is unknown.
