Dr. Ashleigh Parker

Dr. Ashleigh Parker, DBH, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Ashleigh currently serves as the President & CEO of Crittenton Services. Prior to this, they worked as the Director at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital. Dr. Ashleigh also has experience as a Field Service Manager at Maximus. Before that, they held various roles at Cigna, including Quality Audit and Review Manager, Quality Audit/Review Sr Analyst, and Claim Manager. Dr. Parker has also worked as a Supervisor at Southwood Psychiatric Hospital, Inc., a Nursing Associate at Ohio Valley Hospital, and a Claims Adjudicator at Medical Mutual. Their early career began as a Health Unit Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Ashleigh Parker, DBH, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Kent State University in 2011. Dr. Ashleigh then pursued a post-undergraduate certificate in Public Health from Kent State University in 2011. In 2017, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Leadership and Management from Carlow University. More recently, from 2018 to 2021, they earned a Doctor of Behavioral Health Management degree from Arizona State University, specializing in Behavioral Health Management.
