Gwendolyn Barcoma

Gwendolyn Barcoma has been working in the IT industry since 2001. Gwendolyn started their career at Lexmark as a Production Operator. In 2008, they joined HP as a Desktop Support 1. In 2011, they moved to Prudential Financial as an IT Support Specialist. Gwendolyn then joined Seven Seven, first as a Team Lead, then as a Technical Lead, and finally as a Technical Support Analyst. In 2022, they started working at CRM Experts Online as a Project Assistant/Technical Administrator.

Gwendolyn Barcoma obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from the University of Cebu between 2002 and 2008. In December 2017, they earned an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from ITIL Certified.
