Justin Cole

Justin Cole, MS Dynamics CRM MCP, serves as a CRM Functional Analyst at CRM Innovation LLC since June 2013, where responsibilities include leading functional consulting on various CRM projects. Previously, Justin worked at RailAmerica from May 2011 to March 2013 as a Sales & Marketing Analyst / CRM Functional Analyst, contributing to the design, customization, and implementation of Microsoft CRM as an enterprise-wide sales and customer management tool. Justin also developed and conducted CRM training programs for Sales staff. Earlier experience includes positions at DR Horton as an Assistant Superintendent/Trainer, managing sub-contractors and customer interactions, and at Florida Blue as a Subject Matter Expert/Service Associate, leading refresher training for team members. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 1996.
