Cynthia Obioha is the current Head HR & Admin at Cross River Microfinance Bank. Head has over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

Head started their career as a Marketing Executive at EcoOils - Kewalram Chanrai Group in 2012. In 2016, they became a Business Development Officer at AXA Mansard. In 2017, they became the President of Esteemed Ladies inc., where they have been working to empower women and help them acquire skills. In 2019, they became a Senior Marketing Executive at A&G Insurance Plc. In 2020, they became the Head of Sales Marketing at Decent Agro Limited.

Head HR & Admin reports to Managing Director, Managing Director. They work with Head of Finance - Head of Finance, Head Business & Management Development - Head Business & Management Development, and Head ICT - Head ICT.
