Anubhav Pradhan has a diverse range of work experience. Anubhav currently works at CRMNEXT as the Director of Product- Center of Excellence, where they lead the strategy, design, and development of CRM SaaS solutions specifically tailored for community banks and credit unions. Prior to this role, Anubhav held positions as the Manager Solutions & Architecture and Lead Implementation Specialist at CRMNEXT.

In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Big Data Analytics at Georgia State University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS Solutions Architect - Professional, AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate, AWS Certified Developer Associate, and AWS Solutions Architect Associate. They also obtained certifications in ITIL Service Operation and ITIL Foundation Level.
