Palak Maggon

Palak Maggon has been working in the field of technical writing since 2020. Palak started their career as a Senior Technical Writer at Evelyn Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. in February 2020 and worked there until June 2021. Following that, they joined GrapeCity, Inc. as an Associate Technical Writer in July 2021 and worked there until December 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Technical Writer at CRMNEXT since January 2023.

Palak Maggon completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies from 2017 to 2020. They then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur starting from 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Web Development using jsp and servlets" from NIIT in December 2019 and "Programming in Java" from NIIT in July 2018.
