Swapnil Kulkarni has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Swapnil most recently worked at CRMNEXT as the Manager of Customer Success- SEA, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at Aspen Technology from November 2021 to May 2022. Before that, Swapnil worked at Tata Technologies for over five years as a Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for developing proposals, driving customer success, and collaborating with service delivery heads to develop sales strategies. Swapnil also worked at Oracle as a Functional Consultant, focusing on Oracle Sales Cloud, from May 2014 to July 2016. Swapnil Kulkarni completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1992 to 2004, they attended St Xavier's High School, where they obtained their SSC degree. Swapnil then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Power Engineering from Government College of Engineering Aurangabad, graduating in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, they attended SIBM Bangalore, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Swapnil has also obtained certifications. In 2016, they completed a course titled "Building Your Marketing Technology Stack" from LinkedIn. Swapnil also obtained certification as an Oracle Sales Cloud 2016 Certified implementation Specialist from Oracle in February 2016.
