Venaik Aggarwal

Venaik Aggarwal has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles.

Venaik is currently working at CRMNEXT, starting in October 2021, where they hold the position of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager at the same company from July to September 2021.

Before joining CRMNEXT, Venaik worked at Nucleus Software from 2017 to 2021. Venaik started as a Product Manager in February 2017 and was promoted to Senior Product Manager from April 2019 to July 2021.

In 2016, Venaik briefly worked at NTT DATA, Inc. as a Principal Business Consultant in the Banking Practice from November 2016 to February 2017.

Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Dell from 2014 to 2016. Venaik served as a Principal Business Consultant in the Banking Practice from September 2015 to October 2016 and as a Business Systems Advisor in the same practice from January 2014 to August 2015.

Venaik's early career started in 2006 at Nucleus Software Exports Limited. Venaik progressed through various roles, including Senior Systems Analyst from April to December 2013, Systems Analyst from April 2011 to March 2013, Senior Software Engineer from April 2009 to March 2011, and Software Engineer from June 2006 to March 2009.

Venaik Aggarwal completed their education at two different institutions. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science. Venaik then went on to pursue a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) in Finance, General from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Venaik also obtained certifications in specific areas of interest. In October 2018, they completed the course titled "INNOVATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: MIT's APPROACH TO DESIGN THINKING" offered by MIT Sloan Executive Education. Venaik also became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) after receiving training from Scrum Alliance® in July 2018.
