Coby Kavanaugh

Coby Kavanaugh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Cro Metrics since May 2024, Kavanaugh previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Rhino, overseeing a software engineering department and managing various teams. Kavanaugh's background also includes significant roles at American Family Insurance, where accountabilities entailed the success of over 60 digital applications and leading cross-functional teams to deliver award-winning digital solutions. Previous experience spans positions at Epic, where Kavanaugh managed multi-million-dollar healthcare implementations and mentored teams, and a research assistant role at the University of North Carolina School of Government.
