Kyle Kuster is a seasoned engineering and web services professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering & QA at Cro Metrics since May 2025, Kyle spearheads engineering initiatives to foster growth in service lines and maintain strong client relationships. Previously, as Division Director of Web Services at OuterBox, Kyle managed a large team and oversaw multiple aspects of web services, building upon a foundation laid during earlier roles as Director of Engineering Services. At Trinity Insight, Kyle contributed significantly to the growth of CRO test development teams and led the implementation of innovative web solutions. Kyle began a career in web development at BuyOnlineNow.com, focusing on enhancing eCommerce user experiences. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Kyle combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver impactful solutions.
