Ryan Trainor is currently working as the Senior Vice President - Transactions at Croatan Investments since February 2022. Prior to that, Ryan held positions at RXR Realty as an Assistant Vice President - Development, Goldman Sachs as an Associate - Merchant Banking Real Estate, and Macklowe Properties as an intern. With a background in finance and accounting, Ryan also worked at Moore Capital as an Equity Research Analyst and Heights Capital Partners L.P. as the Chief Financial Officer. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Richmond.
