Elena Tormysheva

Elena Tormysheva has extensive experience in tender documentation and marketing, currently serving as the Head of the preparation of tender documents team at CROC since July 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing group work, ensuring timely bid submissions, and collaborating with government and commercial clients, alongside conducting seminars and preparing analytical reports. Prior experience includes a role as Tender Documentation Preparation Manager at OOO "Voshod," where Elena focused on market monitoring, consumer analysis, and marketing initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Marketing Management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and various certifications in management and procurement from the Higher School of Economics.
