Carlo's prior roles include Vice Direttore amministrativo at Croce Rossa Italiana and various mission-related positions during humanitarian interventions. An educator with degrees in International Studies and Strategic Sciences, Carlo also holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Strategic Studies.
