Brett Schwenneker

Brett Schwenneker leads the company’s 18-person accounting department and oversees all accounting, tax, audit, treasury and insurance functions.

Prior to joining Crocker, he served as Vice President of Real Estate Accounting for Cousins Properties Inc., responsible for managing a team of 28 across multiple functions for the publicly traded commercial office REIT. Prior to that, he held accounting positions at Wood Partners, LLC and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC.

Mr. Schwenneker holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In addition to his accounting experience, he also has an impressive resume of volunteer work including with Toys for Tots, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlanta and Habitat for Humanity.
