Delber Mendez

Delber Mendez is responsible for overseeing the property management of both a 1.2 million square feet portfolio, composed of 11 buildings located in a 50-acre campus in the Miami Airport submarket and a 28-story tower in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Mendez re-joined the organization in 2018. Previously, he was the co-founder and partner of Exan, a commercial real estate firm where he was responsible for business development and oversaw a portfolio of three million square feet composed of Class-A office, industrial and retail properties in Houston, Chicago, Washington DC, and Miami. Prior to that, he worked for Crocker Partners as Senior Real Estate Manager for Citigroup Center and oversaw other properties in Broward and West Palm Beach. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mendez worked with Hines, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Mendez holds both his Bachelor of Science in Business and his MBA from the University of Miami. He is also a LEED Green Associate and has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
