Yahrah Blackman manages nearly one million square feet in the Central Florida market, consisting of 389,000 square feet at University Park in the Orlando East submarket, 174,048 square feet in suburban Maitland, 187,213 square feet in downtown Tampa and 334,000 square feet in Lake Mary.

Prior to joining Crocker in 2012, Mrs. Blackman managed and maintained a portfolio of seven office buildings and commercial condominium associations totaling 700,000 square feet for CBRE, including 20 North Orange Avenue, a 16-story downtown high-rise in Orlando. Her 19-year history in the property management field also includes managing six office and retail properties totaling 322,000 square feet for Advantis Real Services Company and a 317,000 square foot suburban office park for USAA Realty Company, with over 100 tenants.

Mrs. Blackman received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature from Northwestern University. She’s held her RPA designation for the past ten years and is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and Florida Community Association Manager. She has been an active member of BOMA Orlando for 14 years and, in 2013, she served as President, the first African-American President in the chapter’s thirty-year history.
