Johan Smit is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in senior management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of Finance and Corporate Services at Crockers Property since November 2017, Johan previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at McRaes Global Engineering and Elders New Zealand, where significant achievements included implementing reporting that complied with ASX requirements and overseeing extensive financial operations. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Controller at Baycorp Advantage (NZ) Ltd and Senior Manager in Audit at KPMG. Johan holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa, as well as diplomas in Taxation and Banking.
