Bill Fezzie

Bill Fezzie is an experienced leader in consumer experience and e-commerce with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Consumer Experience at Crocs since September 2021, Bill previously held the position of Director of North American Ecommerce Operations at Converse from May 2018 to September 2021. Earlier roles include Director of Online Experience at Talbots, Director of Online Product Management at Imagitas, and Director of E-Commerce at Smart Destinations Inc. Bill's foundation in the industry began with managerial roles at Crane & Co. and Apex Resource Technologies, and entrepreneurial experience as President and Owner of Digital Blend. Bill holds a degree from Boston College, which was completed in 2000.
