Smeeta Khetarpaul

Smeeta Khetarpaul is the current VP of Marketing for North America at Crocs, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, Smeeta held the position of VP of Marketing at BrightFarms from April 2022 to January 2023, focusing on sustainable agriculture. From April 2020 to March 2022, Smeeta served as Marketing Director at Danone Waters, leading marketing efforts for the beverage division in North America. Smeeta's experience also includes a significant tenure at Nestlé Waters, where roles included Director and Group Marketing Manager, steering marketing for major brands like Poland Spring. Earlier in Smeeta's career, impactful contributions were made at Avon over eight years, including the creation of a new skincare brand and marketing management for global cosmetics, along with research analytics at Ipsos. Smeeta's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Advertising with a focus on Consumer Behavior from Michigan State University.
