Aleix Pinyol Gallemí

Aleix Pinyol Gallemí has a strong background in sales, business development, and consulting. Aleix is currently serving as the Head of Sales Life Sciences for Spain and Portugal at Croda since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Investment and Startup Advisor at BioExpert Network starting in May 2020. Aleix also has experience at Novozymes, where they held positions as a Senior Strategic Business Development Manager from August 2022 to April 2023 and as a Strategic Business Development Manager from October 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Novozymes, they worked as a Business and Strategy Consultant at Pisco ApS from February 2017 to October 2021. Aleix also co-founded and served as the CTO of Aquarate from June 2019 to August 2020. Aleix has additional experience as a Project Manager at AKVA group ASA from February 2016 to February 2017 and as a Technical Consultant at Den Blå Planet and AKVA Group from July 2015 to January 2016. Aleix's career started as a Researcher at the Centre d'Estudis Avançats de Blanes (CEAB-CSIC), where they worked from April 2012 to March 2014.

Aleix Pinyol Gallemí has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology from the Universitat de Barcelona. Aleix completed their Master's Degree at the DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 2014 to 2016. In 2019, Aleix attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for the MBA Essentials program in the field of Business. Aleix then pursued an Executive MBA from the DTU - Technical University of Denmark starting in 2020, which lasted until 2022. In the same year, Aleix also participated in the Innovation Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
