Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & Technology Development at Croda since October 2020, Damian has held multiple leadership roles at CRODA EUROPE LIMITED and Croda Inc from 2001 to 2020, including Head of Global Research & Development and Vice President Sales & Technology for Crop Care & Health Care. Damian began the career with a robust foundation in marketing and business development across various sectors. Academic credentials include a PhD in Tribology from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Surface Science & Catalysis from the University of Liverpool, and a BSc in Chemistry from The University of Manchester.
