Eduardo Peloia

Eduardo Peloia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eduardo currently serves as the VP Risk and Assurance at Croda since August 2022. Before that, they held the positions of Finance Director LATAM and Controller Incotec Latam at the same company. Prior to joining Croda, Eduardo worked as the Head of Finance and Administration at Egon Zehnder International from December 2010 to January 2013. Eduardo also gained experience at Evonik, where they held various roles, including Business Controller Americas and Financial Manager Americas. Eduardo has also worked at Votorantim as Controladoria and at Inspec Brasil / Laporte Chemicals as a Financial Manager. Eduardo started their career at Shell as a Planning Assistant.

Eduardo Peloia completed their Bachelor's degree in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1993 to 1996. In 2005, they also participated in the Degussa Emerging Leaders Program at IMD, although no degree was specified for that program.
