Paul Hunt

Paul Hunt is a Research Team Leader at Croda since January 2022, focusing on the development of novel sustainable polymeric materials across various business sectors. Previously, Paul held leadership roles in research and development at Sika and Croda, contributing significantly to the advancement of acrylic polymers and water-based polymer products. Paul’s career began with a strong academic foundation, obtaining a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Manchester and an MChem with Forensic Investigation from the University of Surrey. In addition to industry experience, Paul's research includes a role as a Research Assistant at The New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research Limited, investigating molecular imprinted polymers. Paul also pursued a Diploma in Managing People from the University of Derby, enhancing leadership capabilities within the field.
